Monday, August 24, 2009. Baked Roast Herb Chicken with Roast Vegetables. Before you continue reading and wanting to try this recipes. I have to warn you that this dish took bl 0 dy 3 HOURS TO BAKED! YES 3 WHOLE HOURS IN THE OVEN! And its not even a full chicken (but 3/4 chicken cut into quarters.) and I have to drizzled it wif virgin olive oil like every 15MINS! Was like swearing of not ever gonna make it again.but HB loves it soo much he kept complimenting it .and gobbled it all down! 3 T of honey.

Cajun Chicken - Serves 2. 400g of Chicken fillet (breast or thigh) - cut in strips or cubes. 1 cloves of minced garlic. 1 teaspoon of Mustard. 2 T of Worcestershire sauce ( I used Lea and Perrins brand). 1T of Olive oil. 1) Fried garlic until slighly browned with the olive oil in a pan. 3) Served over salad or on the side. It has been so long since my last entry. and I felt bad for not able to update this blog as regularly as I can. as Ive been soo busy with my cake orders the last few months. Thai Style Lamb Salad - serves 4-6 pax. Lamb marinade - for at least 30mins. 250grams of sliced lamb (very thin). 3 T of olive oil. A pinch of Rosemary. 1/2 teaspoon of Dry Parsley (or fresh). 1 T of Thai Fish soya sauce. 5 T of vinegar. 1 T of sugar. 1 T of Thai sweet chilly sauce.
