Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Happy to say "Cancer is shrinking". This cancer has consumed my life and so I have tried to serve more, attend the temple and try to be a better person. My son loves to dip them in ketchup and different flavors of mustard! 1 egg, beaten. 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour. 1/2 tsp Baking Powder. Mix together all ingredients except hot dogs. Put the bowl in the refrigerator while you cut up the hot dogs and heat the oil, it will make the batter easier to work with. Cut hot dogs into bite size pieces. Heat oil to about 350 degrees. Place coated hot dogs in the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
