My slightly amusing musings . Tuesday, August 26, 2008. I didn't mean to make the waitress cry, really! Last week I took the kiddos out for a day at the zoo. We had a great time; it was one of the few beautiful days we’ve had in recent weeks, and we loved seeing the animals, who seemed just as happy about the sunshine and warmth. On the way home, I decided to take the kiddos out for a late lunch to a local restaurant that is known for their yummy ice cream. It was pure pandemonium. And this elderly couple.

I have been getting a lot of packages from publishing houses because I am on an award committee for the state for children's lit, but this came in a colorful package that held inside an advent calendar! 3 cups of self-rising flour. 189; cup sugar. 1-12 ounce can of beer. Recipes for a sweet life. These mini corndogs are a great finger food. My son loves to dip them in ketchup and different flavors of mustard! 1 egg, beaten. 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour. 1/2 tsp Baking Powder. Mix together all ingredients except hot dogs. Put the bowl in the refrigerator while you cut up the hot dogs and heat the oil, it will make the batter easier to work with. Cut hot dogs into bite size pieces. Heat oil to about 350 degrees. Place coated hot dogs in the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
