And amidst the ailments I had men floating in and out of my life reopening deep wounds and playing Jedi mind games. OYE. [1st- world problems, yes. But frustrating nonetheless]. Moving your body everyday is more than keeping your ass tight – it’s keeping your mind right. Always get a second opinion. Friends that make you laugh are worth their weight in gold.
