This Way to the Clubhouse...: Four Topps
http://clubhousekaz.blogspot.com/p/my-topps-sets.html
This Way to the Clubhouse. Just another baseball card blog. Since 2012. When I first started collecting baseball cards as a kid, the Topps sets from 1987 to 1990 were my sweet spot. Sure, this time frame also happens to fall within the scope of the "junk wax" era, but who cares about that? These cards are - and always will be - treasured parts of my collection, no matter what the price guides may show. With that loving notion in mind, and with the assistance of Random.org. Winner: '88 Rick Sutcliffe.

RGB Cards: Wow, post #300
http://rgbcards.blogspot.com/2013/02/wow-post-300.html
Wow, post #300. Posted by Jonathan @ RGB Cards. Posted in 2013 topps. Sorry it's not terribly worthy of a round-number milestone. Due to my lack of interest in the patches and inserts this year, I'm probably just going to stick to hobby boxes and pick up the few manupatches I want off of eBay. What say you all? Is this a solid plan? What are your thoughts on the blasters and this year's crop of insert sets? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Ken Griffey Jr. (79). Status: 68% complete (449 of 660). Heart...

RGB Cards: January 2013
http://rgbcards.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Posted by Jonathan @ RGB Cards. Posted in 1975 topps. Just finished going through all my '75 Topps. It's too late to do a full-blown post, but I now have 449 cards, more than two-thirds of the way through the set. I'm pleased with that result. The lot of 422 cards added approximately 300 new cards to my set, as well as quite a few for the team sets. This weekend, I'm going to post the cards I have of players who went on to become managers. Oh, and I did get a Brett card amongst all of them. :). However, ...
