Thursday, June 21, 2012. 1st Day of Swimming Lessons. Getting excited about swim lessons and ready to meet Mrs. Delores! Gavin immediately asked for a "nack"(snack) after his lesson. Graham crackers solve all of life's little problems. They said I was a good swimmer Mommy! The boys had their first official swim lessons today and they did great! Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Thursday, August 11, 2011. Can you tell that Ryder is back to his normal, happy self? You would never guess by watching him that he had brain surgery just a few days ago! He is extremely happy to be home where he can get down on the floor, go all over the place, and play with his toys. And we are ecstatic that we can let him play in more than a 3’ x 6’ area! What is a shunt? Why does Ryder have one? What did they do in Ryder’s surgery on Sunday night? Can this happen again? Ryder has cerebral palsy?
