Doing what terrifies us. The heatwave in portland continues. It’s amazing how quickly we all acclimate to the very temperate climate portland usually provides us…and then how completely defeated we can be by a few days in the high 90s. It’s baffling how quickly it zaps the energy and leaves us absolutely drained. Doesn’t hurt that after work hours we get to spend time with our favorite people over dinner, games and movies. We finally make it to the Rockies! After an odd stop at home. So fun. so fun. Another surprise stop along the way. Not our real family) reunion. An extension of the birthday fun. The Sunshine Coast was our list, but wasn’t exactly planned. And the Naramata Bench. Back in town and checking things off the list. If we’re going to be homeless anyway…. Wrapping up for travel. ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). The week since the ADU Tour has been a blur. We have been hopping from house to house in between AirBnB guests. One night sleeping in the bus, a few nights sleeping on the floor of the demoed but not yet rebuilt studio, a few nights back at the garage in between guests….
