Pelham NY: A Community of Homes. Friday, July 28, 2006. There are eight homes on Hillcrest Drive, which begins in Pelham Manor and continues into New Rochelle. Yesterday, we visited two of them. Was built in 1926 by Guy Mariner for Francis H. Ludington, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chase Bag Company. This remarkable home is now owned by Kathy. And Michael Corton, who graciously hosted a Cocktails and Conversation party last evening to support the re-election of State Assemblywoman Amy Paulin.
