I think they have pretty much nailed it down to the best weekend in February. Jon, Amber, Matthew and Natalie! A day in the life of the Banta's. Wednesday, August 5, 2009. When its 105 degrees outside. We had to beat the heat somehow. And we have had a ton a family in town the last couple of weeks. We went to Hendricks Park Wayside (Mckenzie River), and Amazon Pool. Matthew really enjoyed the pool it was his first time, and he actually would kick his legs and arms to swim to mom and dad! He was a cutie! And, he LOVES KIWIS and WATERMELONS. Where everyday is an adventure. Friday, March 28, 2014. After our weekend tournament we picked up our niece Makenna and headed home. Spring break was a welcomed week of R&R for our family after the past 5 months. Shaun and Amy came to pick her up that evening and we enjoyed dinner, a little basketball, and cooking smores over the fire before they headed back home. Where everyday is an adventure. Saturday, April 13, 2013. Snorkeling for the first time. Muslim women are fully covered when they swim so since we were on a public beach it was most comfortable to do the same. So I have to say this is the first time I have swam in a skirt, but it was no problem. Hope everyone has a fantastic day! Life could be worse. Thursday, August 16, 2012. Millar Mission Impossible Reunion. This year's Millar family reunion theme was Mission Impossible. Before arriving to the reunion (held at the Running Y Ranch in Klamath Falls Oregon) the kids had to solve a special riddle and assign themselves special agent names. The girls spent a family home evening deciding on their name and solving the riddle. Once we arrived at the reunion, we were greeted to this sign: (My mom is so darn clever! More is to come as I get it scrapbooked!
