Wednesday, February 13, 2013. So this actually happened the very beginning of February, but I am just getting to it now. One night at dinner the power surged and was out for about 10 seconds. Not much time but enough to get quite the reaction from my kids. The lights came on and the conversation led into a bunch of "what ifs". What if the lights didn't come back on? Ryan had a stroke of brilliance at this moment and said, "How about, after dinner we turn all the lights off and go full on old-fashion!

Wednesday, August 28, 2013. That is how long I have been married to superman! From our first anniversary we planned on doing something big for our 5th, 10th and 15th year. But then we forgot to take in to the account that we would be poor so,. 5 and 10 went right past and we didn't do anything huge. We weren't going to let that happen this time around. Our choice was between Hawaii and Florida. Hawaii has awesome beaches but Florida has awesome beaches AND. Like no Indiana Jones! We had such a fun trip!

Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Raegan was invited to the recognition lunch at her school. There were three groups of kids recognized. The first group all had a GPA of 3.5 or higher, the second had no missing assignments and the third had BOTH. Our Rae babe was part of that third group! She is such a good student. I never have to get on her about homework or getting assignments done she is very self motivated when it comes to that. We are so proud of her and her dedication to doing her best work in school!

Monday, November 12, 2012. I started this post weeks ago and just now am getting all the pictures on here. This trip had THEE most pictures of anything else we did all summer, brace yourselves :). We did some camping at the Redwoods! Seriously one of my favorite places to visit! So the pictures are in totally random order. Most of the ones outside were taken at Stout Grove, Trees of Mystery or our camp site. The ones at a building were taken at ocean world. We tried to "boil" our cobbler to cook it.
