Seal Sactuary Trip

Saltfleetby CE Primary School. On Monday 13th of July, KS2 children from Theddlethorpe and Saltfleetby Federation went on an exciting trip to The Seal Sanctuary in Mablethorpe. The trip was based around the learning in school such as evolution, inheritance and habitats. Everyone who went had a good time and hope to return next year when the sanctuary will be having a range of ‘new’ animals. Members of the public commented on how well behaved the children were! Sunflowers at Saltfleetby Church of England Primary School

Saltfleetby CE Primary School. Saltfleetby pupils have been busy watering and caring for their sunflowers, both at home and in the school polytunnel in order to raise money to help others. The Rotary Club delivered sunflower seeds, compost and pots to school which all the children bought for 50p. They then encouraged people to sponsor them as their sunflowers grew and grew and grew. The tallest was Class 2's - 230cm! Not to mention others in the polytunnel! Saltfleetby CE Primary School.

Saltfleetby CE Primary School. Class One harvested the potatoes we planted. We were all amazed at how many there were so we shared them with Class Two. Do you prefer your potatoes roast, boiled or mashed? The children thought they were: “ delicious, yummy, scrumptious, golden, fluffy.” How would you describe them?
