He was born November 5, 1951, first born to Conrad J Robinson and Susan Ann Willis(CJ and Nanna Sue). His parents were divorced in 1968, well before I was born, and his father returned to Arkansas, Susan and their three sons remained in California. Tilley, a convict in the penitentiary at Jefferson City, attacked David Hogan, another convict, with a shoe knife, yesterday, and before he could be secured, inflicted eleven stabs on his victim, wounding him mortally. Both were negroes, the former sent up for life for murder. The only Tilley to visit the pokey.
