Blake made it home safely from his backpacking trip on Sunday afternoon and Monday evening we decided to use up his MRE meals from camping and have our own mini backpacking adventure with dad. Blake, Kim, Allie, Sophie, and Will. Friday, August 31, 2012. Game Day had arrived! We brought all of our blue and orange so we could stand out among the green and white of MSU. GG got a present from the girls.an Orange and Blue t-shirt for the Michigan State fan:) She was a good sport and kept her shirt on all morning. The Bronco State gang. When we found out that my dad was going to be in Seattle for Thanksgiving we made plans to crash the party and join everyone else too. Wednesday while my sister's kids were in school we headed to the Children's Museum. I can't even count how many children's museum's we have received FREE admission into because we bought a $25 pass to our local Boise Museum. It was a well spent $25! End of the year soccer party! We can't wait to see everyone again in the fall! Sure do love my cute bunch! Blake, Kim, Allie, Sophie, and Will. Monday, December 31, 2012. We decided to once again have a Mexican Fiesta for New Year's Eve. Last year Papa Von went all out and bought the Mexican food and Pinata. This year we replicated everything but moved the party to the Given's. Uncle Rod rigged up some apparatus on his ceiling to accommodate the pinata in their house. The kids were thrilled to attempt staying up till midnight. Around 10:30 we busted out noise makers and party supplies. Knit shoes to match.

Blake, Kim, Allie, Sophie, and Will. Sunday, March 31, 2013. We had the best weather during Easter weekend. We were outside almost all weekend so it made for such a nice weekend. Our neighborhood put on our 1st Beat the Bunny Race. My friend Cherie was the bunny and the kids that beat her got a special prize as they crossed the finish line. Allie competed in the group of kids that were 2nd grade and under and WON! Allie, the bunny and a few of Allie's pals in the neighborhood. The girls with their loot.
