Tuesday, April 15, 2008. A day at the park! Living on Whidbey Island during the rainy season isn't the best. However, when the sun decides to come out and shine on us all day, it is well worth it. We were lucky enough to have a nice warm sunny day this past Saturday! I was able to convince Tony and his buddies that it would be a great idea to head out to the park! Not to mention its something to do that is FREE! I wanted to keep my eyes closed the whole time! She loved it though! Tony and Kristen DeArmond.

Saturday, March 24, 2012. I read about this food co-op on someone else's blog and thought it was really cool. It's through www.bountifulbaskets.org. The main basket is half veggies and half fruit for $15. Really? The produce is sooo good! They sell extra stuff as well for a very reasonable price. Last week Renee and I each got a basket, we split the homemade sourdough bread and the homemade tropical granola. It was $28.75 each! Here are some pictures of everything I got this week.
