Projects, beginning and ending. Graduate school suffocated my creative output in 2011, causing The Decisions Project. To glide to a quiet halt in August. I had been planning to add a few more interviews but, with grad school over, I have recently listened through all of my audio again and there isn't much I want to add. 29 decisions will be fine- I may even cull out a few of the weaker ones. I have just launched a standalone website for the radio series I was working on last summer- The Decisions Project. Of the 220 interviews I recorded, about twenty or thirty will be included in the final project. Unlike Two Wheels. All of the interviews are independent episodes and The Decisions Project. Is structurally closer to StoryCorps than to a book on tape. In terms of content and tone, however, I suspect The Decisions Project. Will be quite a bit darker than StoryCorps. Two Wheels to Nowhere.
