It's a Beautiful Day. Sunday, October 10, 2010. Such a sweet, sensitive soul. There are many things that Sophie says/does that just blow me away sometimes. Whether it's sounding out words and actually learning how to read on her own, or whether it's learning to tie her shoe on her own and so excited to show me. It's a Beautiful Day. Friday, May 13, 2011. My Baby is 5. I cannot believe that my little Sophie Jean is 5 years old today. My heart has this ache in it for some reason as I say she is 5, maybe in disbelief that 5 years have gone by so quickly, or even just the reality that she is growing up so quickly.
