Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Breathtaking Views Of Lake Pend Oreille. We took an early morning ride on Memorial Day. Carmen dutifully coordinated her outfit! The view of the vista was breathtaking. This is just a small part of Lake Pend Oreille. The tiny white dots on the Lake are actually sailboats. We gained a sweeter appreciation and better perspective of life with this picture perfect view. Back on the trail! It was a fun ride! Memorial Day Family Night = Smores! Carmen roasted marshmellow for everyone!
