The House of Burgesses. Tuesday, June 19, 2012. You are such a big girl! As soon as you wake up in the morning you give us a great big smile. It makes our day! Daddy hogs you in the morning. Since I get to stay with you all day while he works. He misses us so much at work. He texts me and asks for pictures on a daily basis. So we go visit him, and all of the techs a lot. Your daily activities are very fascinating! You tell very intense stories with your grunts and coos. This week, and so far you love it.

The House of Burgesses. Sunday, January 20, 2013. Ten Months Old and Not Afraid of Anything! Changes, changes every day! Charlie Kate is walking more and speaking so much jibber jabber. It is so funny to watch her sit and play, making all kinds of noises, having full conversations with her toys! She has started pulling pillows off the couch to sit and bounce on them. She is super picky about food right now. I think it is the different textures being introduced. She hates green beans and English peas.

The House of Burgesses. Wednesday, May 6, 2015. I just saw a car tag that said this earlier this morning and it got me to thinking. LIFE IS. GOOD! Our family, friends, jobs, and even our crazy home is GOOD! So here is the deal. He is the happiest baby, but not only that, he is just bursting with joy. Charlie Kate is such a big girl, saying her own prayers at night, brushing her own teeth (in the ‘morning), picking out clothes for herself, agh! I’m so proud of her and just love her funny personality!

The House of Burgesses. Thursday, August 23, 2012. The Queen of Oatmeal and Carrots is 5 Months Old. You are such a big girl, and we are in such awe of how fast you are growing. I am pretty sure you are going to be a beat boxer or a master in languages since you are constantly making outstanding new sounds. We have been playing a pretty intense game of peek-a-Boo, which you LOVE! The biggest accomplishment this month has been that you are sitting up, yay! You like your oatmeal, but still love a bottle.
