Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Well, I know I missed blogging for the most part of 2010, but I just had to come back to announce the birth of our son Joseph on November 1st of this year. All went well with the scheduled c-section, with the exception of my severe allergic reaction to the prophylactic. Antibiotics given before the surgery. Lets just say I'm glad I found out about the allergy while I was in the hospital! Joseph is a healthy baby boy, weighing in at 8lb 2oz, and measuring 20 3/4 inches long.

Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Our Bundle of Joy has Arrived. Daniel Parker Gallagher was born this past Friday, July 25, 2008 at 7:50pm. He weighed in at 8lb 1oz and measured 20 inches long. After 13 hours of labor, I was taken in for a cesarean. Section. I'm doing great and so is Daniel. The doctors say he's a very healthy baby. Thursday, October 2, 2008. The Many Faces of Daniel. Now that he's 2 months old, he's been getting better. I think the root of his crying stems from him not getting enough sleep. He doesn't like to nap during the day. Most days I can only get him to take a couple 30 minute naps throughout the whole day. Recently, he's been sleeping better at night- the last two nights he's slept for almost 7 hours straight! We went for his two month check up last week, and he's doing great. He's 12 lbs, 9 o zs.
