Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Happy 4th Birthday, Ava! Our sweet little girl turns four today. We simply can't believe how quickly she's growing up. As the saying goes "the days are long, but the years are fast! It truly seems like yesterday we were at the hospital meeting our teeny 5-pounder for the first time. We love her more every single day and are so blessed to have her in our lives. Ava had such a great time and was so happy to have all her friends there. We love you both! This is Mini Bowling for ya!

Thursday, September 13, 2012. We have been meaning to tie up with the Haistens all summer and we finally did a couple weekends ago. The Piersants came with us too! We had a late lunch at Steve's Landing and had a grand old time listening to the Birthday CD mix I had made for Casey and got left in the boat. The girls loved singing to Taylor Swift's new song. Girl's Day on the Lake. It was such a fun day! Christy loves her personal space so we decided to destroy it. The two pregnant ladies stayed dry.

Monday, October 31, 2011. There were obstacles throughout the course, but my favorite was the giant slip and slide. My friend Brooke grabbed some pictures of us on her cell phone. Saturday, June 16, 2012. I feel so sorry for these farm animals. They have had the unfortunate luck of having Liza Blake attend too many birthday parties where these same farm animals are the stars of the party.
