Tuesday, April 26, 2011. As per request of 3 gorgeous women here is my chicken salad recipe. 1 baked and chopped chicken breast. 15 red grapes halved. 1/2 cup celery chopped. 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (shelled, you can buy them this way). 2 Tbs Almond butter. 2 tsp apple cider vinegar. 1/2 tsp maple syrup. In bowl combine almond butter, water, vinegar, and syrup. Whisk until combined, set aside. In separate bowl add all ingredients and toss with prepared almond butter mix. Toss together and enjoy.

Friday, May 6, 2011. While I was in Utah I had the opprotunity to visit my great grandpa. We call him Honkey, he is a sweet old man and still has a sense of humor. He is 100 years old and he told my dad that he wants to make it to 101 but that is it. Silly Honkey, doesn't he know I think he will make it to 105?
