Monday, 22 June 2015. My Birth Story: The Induction. Well I've been putting off writing about the birth of my beautiful boy for a while now. I just didn't feel ready to re-live the whole thing but I'm feeling better about it now. It was what they call a 'traumatic' birth but I'm yet to hear of an 'ecstatic' birth. I'm a bit fuzzy on some of the details as I was pretty off my face on gas and air for the actual labour, so I thought the best way for me to write about. This horrific traumatic experience.

I said "can I suggest that you re-phrase that question to, how was your day? I felt his initial question was accusing as if to suggest I've been sat on my arse all day watching Jeremy Kyle. Well buddy, those days are long gone! As I am writing this I must admit Jezza is on on the background, hangs head in shame!

Here's my step by step guide on how to ensure you get an utterly terrible nights sleep;. 1) Have a baby. 2) Become so sleep deprived that your body clock goes wappy (yes it's a word) that when the baby is sound asleep you can't sleep for love nor money. 3) Become reliant on coffee to function. 4) Be so full of caffeine you can't sleep. 5) Lie in bed for hours tossing and turning. 7) Check the time every 5 minutes.
