I thought I would share a couple of things that I have been eating since I started this 2012 journey to better health. Last night for dinner we had salad. Yum! Green leaf and iceberg lettuce (I forgot to put my spinach leaves). Just a little shredded cheddar cheese (maybe 1 Tbs). 2 handfuls of spinach leaves.

Saturday, March 22, 2014. I heard Austin at the top of the stairs saying, "I play soccer. I play soccer." We were hanging out in the kitchen getting ready to start dinner and so we called everyone in. Austin came down the stairs completely decked out in Megan's soccer uniform, complete with shin guards and cleats. He was pretty pleased with himself. Thursday, March 20, 2014.
