Tuesday, May 3, 2011. My my how time sure goes by! I know that I am a bit backed up here so please hang in there with me.my attempt to catch up is also my attempt to simplify our lives.keeping up with that which is important :). Christmas was spent here in Spokane. My mom, dad and sister braved the snowy weather and drove over from Wisconsin! We had a grand time! We had a lovely fondue dinner and braved our first turkey! Sunday, December 12, 2010. We sold Hank.Jonathan's 91 Chevy Blazer. We thought we would get much less for him but after 2 years of owning him we turned around and sold him for a profit. The days to follow getting rid of him we had some terrible snow storms in which the plows didn't clear our neighborhood for about 4 days.boy do we wish we had Hank back :). Tuesday, November 20, 2012. Jonathan Passes CFI / Nicole's School. Jonathan took his CFI (certified flight instructor) test last week and passed! It has been a long process with many delays.either bad weather or planes being worked on.but he is done! His next step is to work on his CFII (certified flight instrument instructor) He should be finished by the beginning of December. The next step is then for him to start instructing commercial and instrument in January. He is excited for this opportunity.

Tuesday, August 3, 2010. August 2, 2010 Jonathan completed his first solo flight! I got to go up into the control tower and watch and take pictures. He did a really great job. I had a grin from ear to ear! To complete his solo he had to take off and make three complete landings. Here are some pictures and videos of his adventures!
