I decided to we should camp in order to save money, but it seems camping in California is pretty popular because most campsites were booked up – damn hippies. The Craft Shack: Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Sunday, February 25, 2007. 1 lb ground lamb. 1/2 onion, chopped. 1/4 t dried thyme. 1 1/2 T. cornstarch. 3/4 c broth (beef or lamb). Several dashes of Worcestershire Sauce. 1/2 t minced garlic. 1 c cooked peas. 1 c cooked carrots. Salt and peper (to taste). Milk and butter (for potatoes). 1 c shredded cheddar cheese. Preheat oven to 350°. Melt 2 T. butter over medium heat and sauté onion until soft and translucent. Add lamb, thyme, and garlic and cook over med-low till browned. Mix in shredded cheese.
