This oasis is a gem. A lovely pub for a few beers. A good wine list too. But the food is the surprise. Great, fresh, well cooked and very good value. Not the usual bog standard pub food either - the steak is great, the burger probably one of the best you'll have. Winter Gin and Tonic 7.50. Sipsmith gin, and pomegranate juice. Lychee Bellini 8.50. I was lost in London since I couldn't use my GPS, so I stepped into The Dispensary where the staff did all they could to help me. After searching in maps and trying to stop a cab for me, the owner even offered his help and drove me to my friends place. It's hard to find so kind people nowadays,. For me this gastro pub is all about the food. I've eaten here countless times - it took me a good 6 months to try something other than the beef burger it's that good!
