http://momrun.blogspot.com/2011/01/and-so-begins-new-challenge.html
Sunday, January 9, 2011. And So Begins a New Challenge. And it is P90X. I must say, it has taken me to a new level of pain. I think I mentioned that I was thankful for whoever invented the handicapped bars in bathrooms? Or maybe it was I was thinking about having them installed in my bathroom. Whichever one it was, P90X has taken me to that place again. Not only me, but my husband Steve, as well. Due to time constraints, we didn't do the Ab X workout. Sunday, it was cardio. That did in the legs! Follow m...

July 27, 2007 at 7:34pm. A Question for Fairness Doctrine Supporters:. If you support a reintroduction of the Fairness Doctrine — which is to say a rule under which broadcasters are obligated to give "each side of [the debate on public] issues . fair coverage" — how would you envision its being enforced? A technical approach to trading - no Booyah no BS - just information. Saturday, June 30, 2007. And I'm out of here - everyone have a great life. Sunday, June 10, 2007. Cross Overs Are The Key. If your chart doesn't show the 4, 8 and 21 EMA then go fix it - I'll wait. We'll get to the reason why in a little while. Note that a cross over must open below the EMA 4, 8 and 21 and close above them. I do permit a composite (across two days) cross but to be honest I prefer those that happen all in one day...

Filtering Wall Street: Cross Overs Are The Key
http://filteringwallstreet.blogspot.com/2007/06/cross-overs-are-key.html
A technical approach to trading - no Booyah no BS - just information. Sunday, June 10, 2007. Cross Overs Are The Key. If your chart doesn't show the 4, 8 and 21 EMA then go fix it - I'll wait. We'll get to the reason why in a little while. We'll start with Kraft Foods (KFT) - two crosses in two months - both profitable. Note that I have the MA 200 drawn on some of these charts - I'll use that later to show you something that might be important. Note that a cross over must open below the EMA 4, 8 and 21 a...
