Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Zeke's face was completely covered in pink, purple, red and teal nailpolish, covering every speck of natural skin color. Madelyn had a large amount on her cheek, hands, arms and legs. Plus lots of spots in her hair! We didn't know where to start so of course, we took pictures! Only 2 hours after her bed time! I'm still trying to get it out of her hair but the rest of her is pretty clean now! Thursday, March 15, 2012. Landon Jay has arrived. More to come later! Mady loves her too ...

The first weekend in January, Matt's cousin Alysha, moved in with us to complete an internship. She'll be here for 8-10 weeks and living in our guest room. We love having her here! Friday, December 30, 2011. I am awful at remembering to update this, not that I think many people read it, but it sometimes acts as an outlet for me and I much appreciate it at times. We're almost ready for baby boy Douglass to arrive - 7 more weeks until my due date! The crib is all set up, comeplete with cute jungle animal bedding, thanks to Rebekah :) His clothes (all of which have been donated to us - thanks, Rebekah and Joannie! Next weekend, Matt's cousin, Alysha, moves in with us for 2 months!

Monday, August 22, 2011. It's been awhile, sorry. I am bad at keeping up with this, but trying to get better. Not a whole lot to report from here, though. That's sad. We met her at the gate and all she could say was "Hi mommy! She adjusted back into daycare pretty well but is still excited when I come get her. I guess the biggest news is that baby #2 is on it's way! We are due February 19, 2012! God knows the desire of my heart and I'm just praying something works out soon. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Thursday, April 14, 2011. I suppose I should post a little, since it'sbeen awhile but honestly, we've been busy around here. It's already mid- April! We also got to go to California last weekend to visit our friends, Joel and Katie Sigmon. They moved out there in January and since Matt works for Delta, we were able to take a few days and go out there. We were honored ot be their 1st visitors! I haven't seen my grandma since Madelyn was 3 weeks old and we all went to North Carolina. I can't wait!

Monday, October 11, 2010. I am such a slacker when it comes to updating this thing. I guess it just goes to show that we are a busy little family! Last weekend we went to an apple orchard in Northern Georgia. We had a wonderful time! Mady liked looking at the animals and running through the apple trees.
