Two Hula Girls and a Ninja. It's quite the miracle that I picked up my big camera to take these pictures, but I thought it was about time, especially on Halloween! The kids were too cute dressed up as hula girls and a ninja. And, we had a very fun evening. The kids with some of their friends. Out on the streets after the sun went down. Layla turned one on January 7th. She did not want the birthday crown on at all, but I caught a few pictures. Clapping helped distract her. I made the crown out of felt. I'll keep it for when she's into dress up. A quick pic with momma. Gram was teaching Layla to put the fabric back in the box. That's a home-made toy made out of an empty kleenex box and different textured fabric squares. She was very into it right at her birthday, but now not so much. The best family shot we could get.
