Cheers from the UK! Dad and Monica in London 2006. I have finally finished uploading all the pictures from my dad and sister Monica's trip to London last week. The weather cooperated for most of the week, with the highlight being the night at the theater to see "Dirty Dancing"! I uploaded the pictures to snapfish and Kodak gallery this time. Hope you enjoy! Through the Looking Glass- Tricia's Blog. A glimpse into the daily life and thoughts of a midwest wife and mommy. Wednesday, September 01, 2010. We've been doing school for almost two months now. It's one of the things we like about homeschooling, right? 8 Using small pitchers to po...

So I took off to the next nearest station, which is only about a six minute walk (thank goodness the weather was on my side that morning! As I was approaching the station, I could see that it was closed.CLOSED! I had never had to take the bus to work before and knew that someone had been looking out for me because two m...

Cheers from the UK! Favorite Signs from the Isle of Wight. While on the Isle of Wight this weekend (check out my pictures below), I of course ran across a couple of great signs. What tickles me about most signs here is how expressive they are.I mean when this guy hits the ground, it is going to hurt! Are they all clowns? Posted by heather @ 2:53 AM 1 comments. This weekend's excursion took me to the Isle of Wight. All I can say is BEAUTIFUL! Hope you enjoy my pictures (the hydrangeas are for you Mom!

Through the Looking Glass- Tricia's Blog. A glimpse into the daily life and thoughts of a midwest wife and mommy. Saturday, April 17, 2010. We planted our garden, or part of it. Two squares of spinach with 9 plants per square. Two squares with radishes (for pest control) and two kinds of lettuce: two black seeded simpson and four romaine. As unexcited as I was to garden this year, I did feel a bit thrilled seeing that just about everything is coming up. I just have to make sure to water it. Was an intere...

The Illmans: Holy Week
http://theillmans.blogspot.com/2012/04/holy-week.html
David, Sarah, Addie and Schaeffer. Sunday, April 8. Adelaide has had three weeks off of school - Easter Break - between 2nd and 3rd term. It's been nice - a little more time to sleep in, stay in pajamas, days out or with friends, etc. Here's week 1:. Pretty much couldn't be more opposite of the truth! I'm much more confident on the main roads and intersections now, and am thankful for getting around easier and faster - although my muscles are having to catch up! Friday morning, Good Friday, we went to th...
