Joshua, Michelle, Nolan and Manoa. Friday, August 22, 2008. We are having a wonderful summer here in Chicago. The kids are growing like weeds and mom and dad are just trying to keep up with them. Nolan turned 3 in June and had a fun digger birthday party. Grammy and Grandad came to visit and made the birthday party complete! Nolan is enjoying his time off from preschool and will return in September to a new school closer to home. He is newly potty trained and we are very proud of him! Madam, give me.".

This year we traveled to Indiana to pick apples at the County Line Orchard. This was Manoa's first apple picking trip and she had a blast! Friday, July 30, 2010. What a fun surprise! We surprised are cousins on their road trip in Salt Lake City. Devon and Cameron could not wait to see them. What a fun trip lets call it our First Annual Downie/Eiland trip. We started the trip with swimming and Cal pizza Kitchen. And ended the trip at the river, Donnie Mac Drive In, and a cousin tent sleep over. First time their eyes meet. They are sooooo Happy :). First group picture.
