Here are a few of my favorite responses from customers when they want to avoid giving out their email, and what I wish I could say to them:. 1 "I get too many emails" - There's little thing called UNSUBSCRIBE. When working in retail just plain sucks. I no speak-a D' English. You're kidding me with this one right? We're not talking about world travelers from other countries here. They at least have an excuse and yet they still try and communicate with us. But if you're living in America, you speak some English. So drop the act. And if you're still having trouble with your P's and Q's, there's this thing called Rosetta Stone. Just sayin'! By reading the receipt which is printed conveniently in English!
