Allegra and Dexter often complained about how difficult their homework was, and they seemed more than distraught when they had an outburst of spots. Although Cedric realised he could do little about his hormones, he knew he could expand his logic and prepare for future academic challenges. As he rushed over to his cake, all his worries about growing up dissipated momentarily.
