Tuesday, December 4, 2007. Dallan Made It To Estonia! We received a message from Dallan's Mission President 11-30-07 that Elder Isom has arrived. They picked him up at the Riga Airport and took him to the mission office for an orientation session. Then brought him to the mission home for more orientation, dinner, and a good night’s rest. They will be serving in Tallinn, Estonia. Packages can be sent to:. Sending anything overnight or USP generally takes longer to get a package to him than regular mail.
