January 7, 2009. And then it was over. We had a great New Year's Eve night with our good friends Katy and Andy. We went over to their house and again shared some great food and great wine! Hmmm seems to be a trend! I'm going to gain 100 lbs living here! There were 8 adults and 10 kids and believe it or not the kids were not that loud! August 31, 2008. Reimer Day O Fun. We had our 1st official Reimer Family Day O Fun yesterday! It was so much fun! We stayed at the beach all day and luckily left about 5 minutes before the rain came! We headed home, picked up a couple pizzas and then had movie night! It was a really enjoyable day and surely one we will all remember! July 20, 2008. A fun day at sea. So that was a fun difference! We then sailed for 2 1/2 hours to a little island off of St Maarten called Tintamarre. Once there we swam and played on the beach and also got a great mud bath! This is my third time to the island so my 3rd mud bath.but its so great and makes your skin so soft! April 23, 2008. Just a quick post to let everyone know that the semester is finally over and Dave sailed through with flying colors! We are 4th semester.plus a little! I'm so proud of him he did amazing! A little bit of other news, our internet has been out for over a week and will continue to be out for an undetermined amount of time! September 28, 2008. Have you ever wondered. The grocery store here is called Le Grand Marche. It is very American. Here is a shot at the start of the deli and produce section. A tid bit- most of the fruit, milk products, and eggs are from Florida! Here is the meat section. A lot of different stuff to chose from, most of the time good qualilty. Some even US Certified.
