Friday, March 17, 2006. The State of Alabama is close to passing legislation of the Rosa Parks Act. To sum it up means that anybody who was arrested for violating the state's segregation law would be pardoned. At first I thought, "Big deal. It's not going to make any difference, blah, blah, blah." Then I thought about it for a minute. The realization struck me like a ball of lint for something. So go, Alabama! Thank you for setting an example. I hope other states follow suit.
