Monday, February 13, 2012. Christmas and New Years. One night my family and Garrett and Heather all went to look at Christmas lights in Redding and then had a ginger bread house party! Good times ;). Christmas Eve with the Dunbar's. Christmas Eve at Grandma's and Papa's house! Round Robin. it was pretty intense! Family traditions.Auntie Sandy looks beautiful! Friday, March 4, 2011. Mom and Dad flew out last week and we all had SUCH a wonderful time. After showing them around base and the local beaches, we headed to Louisiana in search of New Orleans and the Swamps. Tuesday, October 26, 2010. Happy Birthday to me. Mom and Dad flew me home for my birthday. I had a wonderful time visiting friends and family and a very special birthday celebration. Grandma made fritters for dinner. I was feeling very loved :). The girls made me a "Birthday Crown". it was very special! Cousin Alex and "little Shelby" helping me blow out the candles. On my half eaten birthday cake. we couldn't wait. At half of it the night before. we are fat kids! The party planners :) Gotta Love them!

We are all settled in our new little home which is a room in a hotel. It was bought by developers and divided into student housing and rooms for hotel guests. Jake has been keeping real busy with school and I have been looking for a job. Everything is going good; thank you for all your thoughts and prayers! Jake tired of studying all day on our little bed!

Jake and Brittany's Adventures. Sunday, November 29, 2009. Jake and I hiked Diamond Head Crater on Saturday. In 1904 the US Army used it as a holding station and defense bunker. It is a short hike but is uphill the whole time with 280 steps to the top! We had a great time and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. Here we are at the top. Looking out at the ocean, Waikiki, and Kapiolani Park. Their halftime show was based off the movie Dirty Dancing and this was the Grand Finale.
