The Bluebird class is steadily moving along and we are all amazed that we are already into November! We all enjoyed the Fall Festival where many apples were eaten, beanbags tossed, and hay stacked. The sights and smells of Autumn are alive. As we continue to learn all about the leaves changing colors and crunching underfoot, and we even painted them! Monday, October 20, 2014. At the writing table we drew a picture of us and our best friend. We are still talking about the art of drawing and how you make your picture look like what you are drawing. We are using many colors and then we wrote our name and our friends name. At the math table we raked the correct number of leaves in the number plate. This week we will be introducing our theme for the month, which will center around Spring, new life, insects, and our nursery rhyme, Mary, Mary How Contrary. It is once again time for our annual Road Rally where the children will bring their favorite riding toy, scooter, or bike up for a scheduled time to ride. Around our rally track. We look forward to seeing all the Bluebirds racing around the track this week! A few reminders as we get ready for this event, we want to keep our Bluebirds safe. Go Texan Week Is Here! We are so excited for our upcoming week! This is such a special time as we celebrate all things Texas! We have enjoyed this month of Valentines, Loving our friends and now, Rodeo. This month we have enjoyed sensory play with hearts, red pasta, play-doh, and pink cornstarch goo. Such fun!
