Spicy, Salty. Newsletter. Friday, October 29, 2010. Posted by Queerly Complex. It is election time and the Giants are in the World Series. I can't think of a more wonderful juxtaposition. San Francisco is abuzz with a tangible feeling of camaraderie. It is as if we have momentarily set aside all the things that make us different and united around a common cause: the Giants. I hope we learn form this feeling as we head to November 2nd. I am a bandwagon fan, and it feels great! What amazes me about San Fra...

Spicy, Salty. Newsletter. Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Conversation: Finding My Center - A Lesson in Being. Posted by Queerly Complex. I am, by nature, a workaholic. Saturday, November 20, 2010. Unfortunately, buildi...

Eatabout | Life adventures of a "recovered" anorexic
Life adventures of a recovered anorexic. April 17, 2014. Now that I’m two weeks into juggling both jobs I feel like I am slowly figuring out what I am actually capable of fitting into my week. Adding at least two runs in the middle of the week is definitely doable for me. Even with the heat! Thanks to some tiny shorts that I bought and a new route that is entirely in the shade. Most importantly, I need to get over my “I’m in a running rut” mantra and accept that I am back in the game. March 18, 2014.
