Branding and the Automotive Dealership. Originally posted at Dealer Specialties. Then the disconnect between Sales and Service occurs. Will a Service Writer’s definition of good Customer Service be so different from that sales person’s that those customers will be chased away from returning. A badge of my youth. I'm glad to see the return of this badge that defined part of my teen years. We had two of these in my family. An '86 Mercury Capri, and an '87 Ford Mustang 5.0 LX Coupe. My father actually owned another early 90's Mustang years later. I learned to drive in a Ford 5.0, 5 speed. A quarter of Americans who make resolutions don’t keep them past the first week of the new year, and more than half don’t make it past six months.
