Saturday, October 1, 2011. Especially when it seems to be that everyone has their own unique twist to the Irish accent, it makes it very hard to get a hold of. What I have come to find is that I can understand just about any other accent of the English language better than an Irish accent, kind of surprising. That was awesome to say the least. Saturday, October 29, 2011. So these past three weeks have been quite epic I must say. I’ll start off with essentially where I left off from my last blog. On October 11. Oh I’ll just add, starting the pre-drinking at 3pm and sneaking flasks into the stadium apparently means almost getting in fights with Armenian fans after the game, I guess we were chanting “Fuck the Armenians” … among other things… it was a grand time! Saturday, September 3, 2011. So, I leave on my journey over the pond tomorrow bright and early. well, dark and early. My flight is out of SFO at 710am out to New York, where i have a 6 hour lay over (definitely going to have to find me a bar), and then over to Dublin Ireland where i will land at around 9am. It's going to be one long day that's for sure. Anyway, this is my blog that i will be keeping up to date as much as possible about my endeavors abroad, so stay tuned! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Thursday, October 6, 2011. So I have two lacrosse games on Saturday, against Galway, and another club team in Dublin called the Dublin Prawns. I’m stoked to get playing again and play with a bunch of Irishmen! I have those games with weekend, and then I have the Cork trip next weekend, and then the weekend after that is when I go to Germany to play in the European Lacrosse Club Championships for the UCD team!
