Came out with a "social statement" today which said the following, "Reporting that its own conversations 'expressed the diversity of opinion that is common throughout the church,' the ELCA. Conference of Bishops issued a pastoral word to the ELCA. March 10 about the contents of two documents released last month: ' Human Sexuality: Gift and Trust.
