Thoughts and updates from The Jodrys. Friday, April 29, 2011. We had a fabulous Easter! Praise the Lord - our Savior is alive! Every year, we have both families (and extended families) over for Easter lunch . Wellsy was such a big helper to get us ready. He is still not mobile, so this year was not too bad with trying to keep him in one place and occupied. Wells playing sweetly while I buzzed around to get ready. Flowers were soaking in the bath tub. Lots of arranging to do. The dining room table is set.

Thoughts and updates from The Jodrys. Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Finally, I have pictures of the nursery. I am still missing one curtain panel that should be back tomorrow, but you get the picture of what they will look like. The nursery was designed around the owl rug you see on the wall. I had an absolute ball putting this room together and sure hope baby Whax. Loves it. There is lots for him to see! This picture is a view from the opposite corner from the one above. You can see the twig chandelier.

Thoughts and updates from The Jodrys. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. A very happy Memorial Day "Lost in the Pines". Our family went to Lost Pines in Bastrop this past weekend to celebrate Memorial Day. It was so much fun and Wells thoroughly enjoyed all the attention he received. He also really enjoyed wearing Grandma and Grandpa's hats. After playing hard at the pool, Buddy decided he woudl take a nap outside wrapped in his pool towel. Are you serious, mom? My beautiful blue-eyed baby boy! Love my boys so much!

Thoughts and updates from The Jodrys. Monday, February 28, 2011. 5 months - my favorite age yet! Wells is the most precious 5-month old. He has grown by leaps and bounds, rolled over and discovered his little voice. He is a chatter box! Since our 4 month visit we have gained 3 pounds and are a bruiser. Wellsy. Weighs a whopping 17 pounds and is a bundle of pure joy! At 5 months he is:. Wearing 12 month clothing (we skipped 6 - 9 month clothing almost completely). Eating about 8 - 12 ounces per feeding.

Max and I celebrated 4 years of marriage this past Thursday! The past four years have been the best years of my life. As I reflected over the past four years, here are some of the things that have stuck out to me:. Traveling to some of the most amazing places on earth (Cayman Islands, Mackinac Island, Kapalua Hawaii, Seaside etc.).

We were with my parents, sister and her hubby and two kids. We can't wait to do Christmas there again. It was just magical. WARNING: This is a very LONG post. I will never get over the wonder of a child at Christmas. Sweet McCall seeing what is in the middle of the tree. The evidence of a good time. He was in Heaven!
