Room 4 News and Views: Diwali
http://room4newsandviews.blogspot.com/2012/11/diwali.html
Room 4 News and Views. Friday, November 16, 2012. Diwali is the Hindu festival of light. Balkrishna told us all about it. Atithi had told us about it too. This week we made diyas out of clay. Once the clay was dry, we painted them. We put tea lights in them. Balkrishna took a photo of the rangoli his family made. It was beautiful. We liked working with our friends from Room 3 to make the diyas and to paint them. We taught our buddies about Diwali on Tuesday. Tuesday, November 27, 2012.

Room 4 News and Views. Thursday, August 16, 2012. PrEP - Our Venture. For our venture, we are making nutritious and delicious snack bars for lunch boxes. We had to decide between three bar recipes - we chose the favourite flavoured and textured bar. We made some that were dairy free and gluten free and they all have no nuts in them so most people can eat them. Tuesday, August 14, 2012. We have been making 'Y' charts to show how friendly, helpful and including others, look, feel and sound in our school.
