Never a dull moment! Saturday, June 7, 2008. This afternoon I went to the store BY MYSELF! First time in a really long time that I did not have 2 or all 4 kids with me. I never go with 1 or 3 it is always 2 or 4. But going alone was not the best part. That came at the check out! Boxes for cereal for $12.50! For those who don't know what it is - it's a Nickelodeon cartoon with these friends who go on make-believe adventures together and sing and dance. It's very cute. Kickin pumpkin apple muffins. 4 1/2 cups flour. 1 1/2 cups sugar. 6 tsp pumkin pie spice. 2 tsp baking soda. 2 tsp baking powder. 1 1/2 cups applesauce. 2 1/2 cups canned pumpkin. 1 cup vegetable oil. 2 chopped and peeled granny smith apples. 5 bake at 325 for 15 min.
