After all, we are human and as such we will have many emotions every day. But I really don’t like to stay in a negative emotional state. So how do I get out of it? Here is a short list of some of my favorite simple pleasures:. Drink a cup of special tea. Take 30 minutes to read. Make a gratitude list. Have a glass of wine. Call your best friend.
