This blog is about my time in Chalon-sur-saône, France as a language assistant. Friday, July 27, 2007. Now, I'm just waiting for my arrêté and getting ready to visit grad schools. I'm also going to prepare for my GRE. I hope all of it goes ok and that I get my arrêté soon! Sunday, July 15, 2007. Oops, forgot to mention something! I have my plane ticket, and will be leaving from Chicago on September 12th and landing in Brussels. I'll spend a week there and then take the TGV down to France :).

I have just read my recent blog posts here, and I must say that I feel a bit ashamed. For crying out loud, I am living in Europe. Have I really become that blah about it? I got here last night so haven't seen much yet, but I am going on a free tour of the town shortly. Today begins the second week of vacation. I spent last week in Paris and Amsterdam with the wonderful Ashley. Good times! We went all over the place in Paris, and took a free tour in Amsterdam. It was really nice.
