Vocalist Mark Taylor is the son of Liverpool legend Kingsize Taylor who, with his band the Dominoes, rivalled the popularity of the Beatles in their Cavern days. Following his father ’. During the ‘80s and ‘90s Joan worked professionally as a jobbing bassist, touring Britain, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. During the course of her career, Joan has shared the stage with such luminaries as Nine Below Zero, Spencer Davies, Eric Bell, Danny Bryant, King King and many more. After a stint in academia, Joan formed the Extras with guitarist David Woods, in 2010.

The bane of my existence. Let me start at the beginning…. Sunday Summary: The Green Smoothies continue…. Short and sweet this week. So I finished the 10-day Green Smoothie Cleanse. Last wednesday and dropped 10 lbs. in 10 days. Pretty sweet. I am following it up with 1-2 smoothies a day and low carb meals, and I am allowing myself three cheats per week.
