http://frankenblogmeetsthewolfman.blogspot.com/2008/11/model-for-modern-magazine.html
Sunday, November 9, 2008. Model for the Modern Magazine. I have chosen to do my biography on Alexey Brodovitch. In 1934 a man named Carmel Snow saw Brodovitch's work. He was instantly drawn to the work and offered him the job of Art Director at Harper's Bizaar. Brodovitch excepted the offer creating one of the most influential teams in design and magazine history. . Brodovitch remained Art Director for 24 years. He continued to art direct the magazine. Werd: In the spirit of the Si video
http://trevorwoods.blogspot.com/2008/09/in-spirit-of-si-video.html
In the spirit of the Si video. Here's a video I made this summer. Sublux Clothing Painting Skis Timelapse. I like your wallpaper image. It is M.C. Escher to the max. I dig it but it doesn't compliment your header picture too well. I would maybe take one hand like the finger of Adam or something touching your header title maybe. Those skis are dope! September 5, 2008 at 11:24 AM. That movie is sick, and so are the skis bro! September 5, 2008 at 6:58 PM. September 6, 2008 at 1:27 PM.

Frankenblog: Newsletters
http://frankenblogmeetsthewolfman.blogspot.com/2008/11/newsletters.html
Monday, November 24, 2008. Today I am supposed to discuss and compare different newsletters. I think that of the examples provided to me the first comparison I can make is that they are all easy to navigate through. They serve the purposes that they were intended for. Both are targeted towards a young, design oriented audience. They go above and beyond the single column newsletter creating a look that the audience may like more and respect. These (especially In your Face. 160;is another magazine newslett...

Jayne's Brain: Grid Schmid
http://herecomesthejaynetrain.blogspot.com/2008/09/grid-schmid.html
Sunday, September 14, 2008. I found this website that talks about different kinds of grid layouts. I had never heard of this one. its a multi-column grid with a horizontal anchor. 160;You set up your vertical grid then establish a horizontal section to be an area to put your pictures or captions. this is nice because it loosens up your layout so its not so predictable, and makes things more interesting, but still keeps it all in some type of order. . The next grid I researched is the multi-column grid.

Jayne's Brain: Writings on the Wall
http://herecomesthejaynetrain.blogspot.com/2008/09/writings-on-wall_07.html
Sunday, September 7, 2008. Writings on the Wall. So I'm going to jump on the less "well-known" publications that I have listed, and prove that they are just as legit as the more formal types of publications everyone is used to. I'll start with the Bathroom Stall. I researched many other blogs and sites for bathroom writing and found I'm not the only one who thinks this is funny. There were tons of sites that had thousands of entries of clever, crude and random comments they had read on stall walls...
