Lowcountry Maritime Society Fundraiser at The Coop. Aug 26, 2016. Join us for a #SundayFunday evening benefitting the Lowcountry Maritime Society. On Sunday, October 9th starting at 5:00 pm. Cash bars will be both indoors and outdoors and all food will be inside. Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders. Blue Cheese Bacon Cole Slaw. Tickets are just $12 per person plus tax and all ticket sales will go directly to the Lowcountry Maritime Society. The evening will be topped off with live music with Pork Chop Meyer.

A native of Roanoke, VA, Neuville graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. Immediately following graduation, he was recruited to support in the start-up of Linwood’s Café and Grill in Baltimore, MD. With his skills honed after five years in a restaurant kitchen he became Chef Garde Manager for The Willard Intercontinental in Washington DC. ACF certified executive chef. Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Former Assistant Director of Culinary Arts, Colorado Institute of Art.

Roasted Tomato, Corn and Boiled Peanut Salad. Jun 28, 2013. For the Tomatoes: 5 each. 1 cup olive oil. 10 cloves garlic mashed. 3 ea shallots minced. 1 bu Basil ( chopped ). 1 bu Parsley (chopped ). 1 bu Chives ( chopped ). Salt and Pepper to taste. Wash, core and cut tomatoes into 1/8’s. Taste the marinade and adjust the seasoning. Marinate the tomatoes over night. Place in a 200 degree pre-heated oven and roast until the tomatoes are a quarter of the size. Be careful not to burn. For the Corn: 3 ea.
