Around the barnyard in June. It was a beautiful evening, I was admiring all of the flowers and 'green' in the barnyard (and I drenched myself in bug spray just to be able to stand it all LOL). Mums, lillies, flowering shrubs, hostas, etc. And it's really hard to see in this picture, but there is a small Japanese Maple tree between the hostas and a mum. Today my son his girlfriend and I did our best to separate the hens, who are muchley abused by all the roos, to the chicken pen (no roos allowed) cut wings so they don't fly over the gate and de-louse. Move the ram lambs to the back field (in anticipation of breeding season) and moved the turkeys and ducks into the side field. We were wet, muddy and stinky by the time we were done.
